Our Return Policy

Signature A LLC has established this policy for the return of purchases. In this policy the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Signature A LLC. 

We must be notified about Order Issues or Return Requests within 30 days from the date of purchase or, in the case of online orders, the date of shipment. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, or the date of the shipment of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 


Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging that you received it. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for open food items or food items not in their original condition and packaging. We require a receipt for all returns (a packing slip is an acceptable receipt).

Additional non-returnable items: 


  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item which has been opened, damaged, dirtied, in unsaleable condition or which has not been returned to us in accordance with our shipping policy below. 


All shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you have sent your return in accordance with our return procedure and it is accepted, we will process your refund either in the form of a gift certificate or a credit applied to your original form of payment. Please contact us at support@eatbarelife.com if you have any questions.



Late or missing refunds 


It could take up to 30 days after we process your return for the funds to become available through your banking institution. If 30 days have elapsed, you’ve checked with your banking institution and you still have not received a refund, please contact us at: support@eatbarelife.com



Incorrect Address Shipments


Please be sure to double check your order information at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details on your order. If your package is returned to us or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the full initial shipping cost as well as the additional shipping costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. 



Sale items 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items purchased with a discount or coupon cannot be refunded.



Exchanges 


We have strict quality controls in place to ensure your items are received undamaged. However, we advise you to carefully check your purchase upon arrival. If, in the rare case that your purchase arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt at: support@eatbarelife.com. Please include order information, a description of your issue along with a picture of any damage. Exchanges due to damage will be re-shipped free of charge. The time it takes for you to receive your exchanged product(s) will vary based upon your location.  We will only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. 



Shipping Policy 


After contacting us at support@eatbarelife.com and your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label to return it to: 20 Hurlbut St., Suite 202, West Hartford, CT, 06110, United States.


Any return shipping costs will be at the customer’s own expense. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


If you are returning a purchase which is valued at over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages that arrive to us damaged or are not delivered to us.
