Little advice, I recommend you double or triple the recipe as in my house these pancakes went quickly. My friends and family didn't believe me when I told them these pancakes were Paleo, Kosher Pareve, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, soy free, corn free, low FODMAP, egg yolk free and xanthan gum free - and yours won't either.
