Dairy Free Hot Cocoa Stout


We've got your next beer necessity here, a hot chocolate stout! We partnered with Holidaily Brewing Co., who specialize in creating vegan and gluten free beers, to bring you the one, the only, the official Bare Life Hot Cocoa Stout Recipe! Gluten free and simply delightful, this recipe is perfect for sharing with friends around a campfire or for enjoying at home while watching a football game.


To make this boozy beverage, gather together your Bare Life Coconut Hot Cocoa Mix, 6 oz of your favorite non-dairy milk (use coconut milk for an extra rich drink), and 6 oz of the Holidaily Brew Riva Stout. In your favorite heat-safe glass or mug, add 6 Tablespoons or 2 servings of your Bare Life Dairy Free Coconut Hot Cocoa mix. The turn your stove to medium heat and combine your non-dairy milk and stout in a saucepan. Stir them together until combined and they've reached the desired temperature. Then pour the hot stout mix into your glass with the hot cocoa mix. Mix them all together, and top your creation off with some decedant coconut whipped cream. There you have it– an un-beer-ievable treat! Now that’s something to stout about! 😉

  • Measuring Cup
  • Saucepan
  • Thermometer
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  1. Add hot cocoa mix into your favorite heat-safe glass or mug.
  2. In a saucepan over medium high heat, add the non-dairy milk and stout.
  3. Stir them together until desired sipping temperature is reached (usually between 140F and 160F).
  4. Pour the non-dairy milk and stout mix into your mug and stir together.
  5. Top with desired optional toppings like coconut whipped cream*.
  6. Enjoy!
